NOTE 1: The Food Handling-Basic (FHB) class requires a $28 license examination fee. To be admitted to this course participants must tender a money order in the amount of $28.00.
If you registered during Fall 2010 or later, please enter your Client ID here. (Your Client ID was issued to you prior to your first class). Statements of Interest without a Client ID will be considered as coming from new applicants and will be held pending completion of CASAS evaluation prior to the first day of class. Your Client ID begins with "DC".
An email confirmation that your Statement of Interest (SOI) has been received should arrive within two hours. It may take up to seventy-two (72) hours after submission to process your SOI.
